ČESKÝ KRUMLOV & HLUBOKÁ CASTLE
Czech Republic
Two Extraordinary Castles. Two Different Worlds. One Unforgettable Day.

Experience two of South Bohemia’s greatest treasures in one beautifully varied journey.
Medieval streets and Renaissance grandeur in Český Krumlov. White towers and the elegant aristocratic world of Hluboká Castle. Two remarkable places — and two completely different visions of castle life.
[ A PERSONAL INVITATION ]
Two castles. Two eras. Two completely different worlds.
I’d love to show you how differently these two places tell the story of aristocratic life — from the power and ambition of Renaissance Bohemia to the sophisticated world of the 19th century.
Come for the fairytale views. Stay for the stories behind them.
We’ll begin in Český Krumlov, a UNESCO-listed historic town wrapped around the Vltava River beneath its magnificent castle. Here, medieval streets, Renaissance architecture and powerful noble families tell the story of centuries of South Bohemian history.

Then we continue to Hluboká Castle — with its white towers, elegant interiors and romantic neo-Gothic architecture inspired by the image of Windsor Castle.

A NOTE FROM NATALIA
What makes this journey special is not simply visiting two castles. It’s stepping from one era into another.
Český Krumlov feels rooted in the medieval and Renaissance world. Hluboká is elegant, romantic and unmistakably 19th century.

Seeing them together makes the contrast — and the history behind them — much more fascinating.
[ THE EXPERIENCE ]
From Renaissance power to romantic aristocratic elegance.
Our journey begins in Český Krumlov, where the Vltava River winds around one of the Czech Republic’s most beautiful historic towns. We’ll explore atmospheric medieval and Renaissance streets, castle courtyards and spectacular viewpoints while discovering the powerful Rosenberg dynasty and the noble families who shaped South Bohemia.

Then we leave Český Krumlov behind and continue to Hluboká Castle, one of the country’s most romantic aristocratic residences. Its white towers and elegant architecture immediately introduce us to a completely different world.
The powerful world of Český Krumlov.
Český Krumlov tells a story of medieval and Renaissance power, ambitious noble families and centuries of urban history. As we explore the town and castle complex, we’ll discover the Rosenbergs and the people whose influence transformed Krumlov into a magnificent aristocratic residence.
Step into another era at Hluboká.
Hluboká’s present appearance was created in the 19th century for the Schwarzenberg family, inspired by English neo-Gothic architecture and the romantic image of Windsor Castle. Its elegant interiors, gardens and family history take us into the sophisticated world of 19th-century European aristocracy.
[ MORE THAN SIGHTSEEING ]
Two places that make each other even more interesting.
My hope is that you’ll remember not only the beauty of Český Krumlov and Hluboká, but how differently they feel — two remarkable places shaped by different eras, families and ideas of what aristocratic life could be.
